We Are Alive Tribe||My Activities Today||Thankful Thursday

Greetings friends on Hive and We are alive tribe community. Welcome to another beautiful Thursday and welcome to my blog. I trust everyone is doing great.

The weekend is almost here and I'm super excited about that. Knowing that my weekend is usually a busy one, I decided to start some of my activities scheduled for the weekend today to afford me enough time to rest. After my morning routine I went to see how my garden is fairing. Weed has already invaded it having left it for so long unattended to. I had to take my tools and do some weeding there.

The crops are already begging for attention, lol. The maize I planted a couple of weeks ago is already doing fine. Which means we're likely to eat some maize before June ending. I checked on the cassava. It's doing pretty good too and it's almost ready to be harvested. I need to add some vegetables since the rain is in full gear now but definitely not going to do that today as I have some other commitments to catch up with. I like vegetables so much and they have to be chemical free, which is the reason why I prefer planting them myself.

Having done with weeding, refreshed and had some rest before calling some prospects and business partners as earlier scheduled. Responded to some direct messages in my WhatsApp and then headed for my evening walk out. I did a 30 minute walk, and am gradually increasing the duration taking it little by little in order not to stress out. I came back from walking out to make this post.

I'm indeed grateful and thankful for today and other days, the energy and good health to do all these are not taken for granted. I'm also thankful for the reward received yesterday from the @wearealivetribe for the community 4th anniversary contest. Honestly I never saw it coming. Also, glancing through my diary and finding that the plan is moving as planned gives me joy and huge relief. This really goes to affirm the importance of stating down goals and plans to achieve them. I'm thankful for everything cause there's a lot to be thankful for.
