Waking Up On The Wrong Side Of Bed ||

Days and days are not the same I use to hear. Sometimes you are up and doing and some other times you appear not useful! Have you ever find yourself in that situation?.
Today is one of the day I woke up on the wrong side of the bed like someone says to me. I don't feel like doing anything, not even having any appetite to eat, not even having the urge to do anything online. Just lying down thinking about life, dreams, and all that comes to mind.

Well I don't know what that is call or the medical situation that it is, but all I know is that, that is how my day have been today. I feel like letting it be on record here, the day I woke up on the wrong side of bed!

It's completely normal to have days like this, where it seems like the energies just aren't there.
Sometimes, our body and mind ask us for a break, a moment to disconnect and reflect.
The important thing is not to put too much pressure on yourself and allow yourself to feel those emotions.
Tomorrow will be a new day, and hopefully, you will feel more uplifted and eager to resume your activities.

Greetings dear brother, thanks a lot for those lofty advice, it seems I have over worked myself these past weeks, as I woke this morning I had a running nose so I quess us fever that is setting in. I really need rest and some medication. Thanks have a great weekend.

I believe we all experience this from time to time have you heard of the day reset. it is a method where if you are having a bad day, instead of continuing you simply take 30 minutes out to reset.
This can be a power nap or just lying in a dark room listening to some relaxing tunes, or listening to affirmations or just being you know.
Meditation works wonders.
This resets the brain and then you can continue your day with a different energy.
Something to consider buddy.
