Hiking In The Sheng Quan Shan (Quan Mountain) Scenic Area

Huairou is a district full of natural beauty that contains a lot of mountains, several lakes, and many rivers. There are dozens of natural scenic areas that are open for people to explore, and there are also many places that are restricted for mass public access. After several months, I found another place for hiking mountains in the Sheng Quan Shan (Quan Mountain) Scenic Area. So, I decided to travel to the location recently. As it was close to the center of Huairou, I went there by riding my bicycle in the afternoon. Also, it was nice to hike in the mountains in the afternoon.

It took around 50 minutes to reach at the location and there is a pretty big open space in front of the entrance gate. The ticket office is to the left of the entrance gate and purchasing ticket was quite simple without any hassle as no need to show my passport but in some places it is necessary to show the passport. From the outside of the entrance gate, it's clear that the beautiful area goes straight up to the narrow, straight road that leads up to the mountain area. The price of the ticket is 35 RMB, which is about $4. This is a fair price that is neither too low nor too high if I compare to other places.

When I entered the area, I saw that it had a small narrow road that went all the way to the top of the mountains where the Buddhist temples were located. There are also a lot of fun things for kids to do, like games and an area where animals are raised so that kids can pet birds and other animals. I found a sweet animal there but I don't know the name of that animal, The cute white color of the animal was really impressive with black eyes.

I found the whole map of the scenic area and planned my overall route to explore the area. I chose the right side tract that goes along the righe side part of the area and meet at the mid of the scenic area to the central road and from there I will go till the end and try to explore the left side part if time allows me to do so.

After going up to the mountains on the right side of the beautiful area, I found a place of silent throughout the path across the forest area. It took more than 20 minutes to get the first top area by using the stairs. I want to take some rest in different location to drink water. I found a resting place in the green canopy there and the surrounding views were amazing from that place.

The spring season makes the whole mountain and the surrounding area into a green heaven. Wherever I see, I can only see the greenery of nature with an amazing environment.

As this temple was quite old, so some parts of the road were broken and very dangerous, so it is quite important to be careful while exploring. Though newly parts are constructed properly and the old parts are very risky but most of the time I was very careful as some parts were slippery to climb up to the mountains.

In every stage on climbing on the mountains, I found some breathtaking beauty of the surrounding views. The deep greenery of the surrounding mountains are really eye-catching and the freshness of nature is healing throughout my whole exploration.

Though the weather was not so clear the day I visited the area, the scenic beauty of the area surpassed the weather limitations. The far views were not as clear as they seemed to be foggy when I tried to explore Huairou City from the top of the mountains.

In conclusion, the whole place was so good to explore as climbing mountains through such a forest is always soothing, especially during this time when the spring beauty is filled with flowers in this mountain area.
