Things are getting worse. Low farm produce

‎Honestly, I can't predict where our world is turning to. Hunger and starvation is now in full control thereby leading many foolish people into stealing.

‎What I experienced today caused tears to drop down my eyes. Who knows what would become the outcome of this year when it comes to agricultural productions. Ahh, I went to my cassava farm today to harvest cassava. Reaching there, I started harvesting but what I saw caused me to shed tears.

‎Initially, if I harvest about 20-30 heaps, I must get up to 2 bags of cassava, but today's own was quite different. Do you know that I harvested more than 50 heaps before I could get just one bag. Why? Dear, just take a look at the cassava I harvested...

‎They are looking so thin as if they are suffering from a deadly disease. This is my first time harvesting such cassava from my own farm because I do make sure I add quality nutrients or ma0nure to my cassava so it can yield/produce quality tubers. Irrespective of that, what I harvested today is nothing good to proudly write home about. Myself that harvested it felt ashamed. But since there is no food in the house and nothing else I could do, the last option was to carry it home and that is exactly what I did. I also harvested edible bamboo.

‎I harvested 2 medium size bags and I peeled it immediately.

‎Done with peeling, I was feeling so fatigued and hunger that I couldn't wait for the grinder to arrive. Since I peeled it in my sister's house, her children asked me to go home and that if the grinder should arrive, they will take proper care of the cassava by grinding and pressing out water from it

‎I reached house by 7:01 pm. Immediately, I entered kitchen. Now, am writing this post because I have eaten. Don't ask me what I ate. Lolz.
