Mein Actifit-Bericht: April 30 2025

Hallo Sportfreunde.

Die Bäume sind schon wieder gut in ihr grünes Kleid gewachsen 😁
Auch die Temperaturen haben sich von der Null verabschiedet und fangen an zu klettern.
Auch mein Zusatzprogramm hat wieder Fahrt aufgenommen.
Gestern habe ich wieder 10 Sätze a 15 Wiederholungen geschafft.
Ich werde demnächst die Wiederholungen raufschrauben auf 20.
Mal sehen ob das klappt.
Startet gut in den Tag und bleibt gesund und fit.
