My Actifit Report Card: May 5 2025

Most of this activity count came from a morning run up to Norries headland. It is a nice spot and well worth the 15km out and back easy jog from our weekend accommodation.

The head land has good views both north and south. I made it back with enough time for the buffet breakfast. I refuelled promptly and then spent most of the afternoon watching the football while @consciousat attended a conference.

I also hit the hotel's gym. It was nice to get the whole place to myself
