My Actifit Report Card: May 22 2025
Yesterday mornings run on one of the single tracks we have not used in a while. This one holds a bit of water when it rains, so we needed to give it a good few days to dry out. The single tracks can be a bit more technical than the fire trails, so you have to stay focused where you are putting your feet.
It was a pretty good day overall, and we got a nice evening sunset stroll in as well.
