I thought I was the only one nuts enough to go there, lol. I was really excited when I broke the glass fish bowl and became a minnow, I cherished my upvote was worth a whole two cents after years of trying. I was content and happy that I could now go around giving everyone "my two cents worth" of opinion, lol. Sadly, I lost it in that last hardfork, and haven't quite gotten over it since.
For a long time, I thought no one needed my music. I studied, practicing a little every day. I don't have an expensive studio with a ton of equipment. All I have is a MIDI keyboard, a sound card (which I bought without telling my wife. I told her it was a birthday gift), headphones, and monitors.
And I'm looking for something to do with myself. I dream of writing music for games.
"For a long time, I thought no one needed my music..."
I think music of every type is needed by someone... The trick is that person finding your stuff, whether on Hive, Bandcamp, Beatport, Spotify, or wherever. But, the more places you are, the higher the odds! I recently stumbled across an album on Bandcamp that was released in 2018, but I'm just now learning about the group (because "so many musicians/groups, so little time..."). They were happy someone downloaded their album after so many years and sent me a "Thank You" note in email. So, there can be long-lasting benefits of flooding the market in many places; maybe Hive will help get you there! 🙂
Thank you for your words. They are encouraging. I was on Spotify, researching what's popular now, and came to the conclusion that I won't be able to write "very popular music," but I really believe that my music will find its listeners.

I noticed your follow, and thought I'd stop by, and say hello! Chiming in with TheKittyGirl here... It's getting your name out there. I've seen a few names that I'm familiar with sending you messages as well. Music is the Universal Language... you've got a talent for creating music. I'd like to share a few things with you. COMPLETELY out of respect. Just some thoughts, from another music lover....
We don't want your bank details lol. Nor do we want your real name, face, location, etc. But the main goal on our blockchain is Original Content. So... you are stating you are the creator, and doing so via some videos. Why not take a step further? Share what programs you are using... Take accountability for your content! What was the drive behind the music you are creating? Introduce yourself to our blockchain! Let us know why you are here... Who might have brought you to our blockchain... What really captured my curiosity was more than just your music. It was the following statement:
"P.S. As my dad used to say, "Any work is worth paying for." He spent his entire life making flour for people and was proud of himself.😜😎
My Mother always told me..."A job worth doing is a job worth overdoing. So our parents were on the same wavelength, it would seem. Listen... I am going to share a graphic below. Clicking on it will send you a Discord invite to The Terminal. Please consider doing so and joining. I will try to keep watch for your arrival.
Hello. Thank you for your kind words and your appreciation. I plan to introduce myself and tell you more about my work. Yes, I may have gone a bit overboard by linking to NinaProtocol. But mistakes are made to gain valuable experience. So, stay tuned.
No mistakes in trying to share your passion and vision! But I'd like to help you on your journey on our blockchain. I want everyone to succeed. Then...once you get your vision shared with us at The Terminal intro channel, I can bring you in and show you some...

Love your cartoon up there in the post! 😁

@alchemy-project...
An intriguing offer. I'm already on my way to Discord to "create a new account."
Well, it's done. I posted on Discord and told you a little about myself. You'll learn more about creativity and my reasons for pursuing it very soon.
