Burning Some VKBT Tokens
The @buynburn account uses its precious HIVE earnings to buy and burn HIVE Engine tokens.
Many tokens on the HE have been stuggling of late. I hope that burning off some tokens will have a positive effect.
To make the idea work I need to write an occasional post. So, today I will look at the VKBT Token after which I will perform a burn of 11K VKBT.
The token was created during the pandemic by the Van Kush family to reward Beauty and providing liquidity to the beauty economy.
I am not sure what that means. Does "beauty economy" mean cosmetic industry?
I bought a neat little stack of VKBT to support the HE economy. I've received a sweet little return as the token appears to be paying on all posts.
The family has supported the token through the years. They occasionally buy some of the tokens on the market.
HE shows that the current supply is 2,128,278 which trade at 0.00008 HIVE for a market capitalization of 170 HIVE. 170 * $0.057 = $9.69.
I think it is a good deal.
The rich list explorer doesn't seem to be working. I think the coin has a decent distribution.

I created an image of a fire lady for this post. I put a second version of the image below. I will use any earnings from this site for future token burns.

Theoretically, a lower supply should raise prices. Burning should be a good thing to do!

The richlist finally opened for me. I am in position ten and eleven. I don't want to be higher than that ... especially since I don't know what the token means. @buynburn would have been in position seven before the burn.
I think that the owner of the tribe failed to adequately brand the vkbt token.
