I believe we all experience this from time to time have you heard of the day reset. it is a method where if you are having a bad day, instead of continuing you simply take 30 minutes out to reset.

This can be a power nap or just lying in a dark room listening to some relaxing tunes, or listening to affirmations or just being you know.

Meditation works wonders.

This resets the brain and then you can continue your day with a different energy.

Something to consider buddy.
