Rising Star Meme #95 - What I'm NOT Telling! + A Request
You must have realized by now that I like discussing Rising Star ideas, strategies, and such through my memes and providing tutorials and some common workarounds in the game environment. But there's a catch here, as there is to everything!
Let's Travel a While Back
Back when I had started playing Rising Star, I was pretty new to the whole system. I slowly grasped the idea surrounding each and every aspect of the game and step by step built my ever-changing strategy around it.
Every now and then we get some updates for the game - aside from the new cards added each month - hence the "ever-changing" strategy.
Fast Forwarding to a couple of months back
After getting fully introduced to the Hive itself and starting blogging, I've always thought about discussing some ideas or strategies, but there's a catch here as I've mentioned before:
Discussing my strategies could and would somewhat "solve the game" or at least that's what I thought at the time, so I refrained from doing it.
Sometime Later and Up Until Now
It wasn't until I saw some other players' tutorials on Hive that I decided to start mine. The game had grown so much (compared to when I first started playing) and I figured that the players were already on their way to "solve the game" which now believe is not quite possible (or practical).
That's when I started giving away some tips here and there in my posts, but there was a problem! Giving away your tips and tricks and having many people follow them would result in creating more rivals for yourself and ultimately rendering those tips less effective or not effective at all!
So, whenever I give out some tips or tricks, I first make sure that they are somewhat found out by the majority of the player base or are not the ones I currently use. Or even the ones not simply possible for other players (like me staying up 24/7, which is honestly not possible for me either)
Long Story Short
The tips and tricks, and the info you see on my latest posts are my latest "discoveries" that I can announce publicly, but not everything I know. Helps me keep my edge in the game while providing some material for newer players and boosting them.
If You Got Any Questions or Ideas
If you got any questions or even ideas you wanna share, but don't wanna really comment on them here, feel free to reach out to me on Discord. (ID in "The Request" section)
I'm always in the mood for discussing more RSG strategies and providing some info. Heck, you might even help me come up with ideas for more memes haha
Even if you're cool with sharing your ideas, I'd be willing to provide my feedback and thoughts, so don't shy away :)
The Request
Some of you might already know, but I'm currently working on the brainstorming session for a game I'm planning to make and I'd love to have some feedback on what you guys want to see in an NFT game.
The big idea is just a mashup of the good parts I've seen in the many NFT games I've seen lying around and some lessons from the already failed games to make sure I don't repeat the same mistake.
It's pretty much in the very early stages, so I'm looking for more ideas and it's got a ton of space for improvement, so don't hesitate to contact me on my Discord (Why So Grim#4243).
Stay safe and don't feel shy hitting up my Discord...
Cheers~

Any tactic for milionare rush ? Considering playing free to play like me 😅
There are two main obstacles to doing the milly mission:
The million starbits is better bought than earned as it might take ages to get it by playing especially when you have just started playing.
As for the level requirement, XP Boosters do magic (every XP Boost 10 accelerates your leveling speed by 80%), but as they are expensive, not everyone has access to them. If you wanna level up free-to-play (just like I did, cuz I didn't know much about the XP Boosters) it's good to do music lessons as they consume the least % of Energy and give you decent XP compared to the time they take to complete.
But I recommend throwing a couple of 1-hour missions in as well to not lose on daily rewards as the reward gets decreased after 5 runs... so doing 1-hour missions in conjunction with music lessons would provide decent XP gains AND you'd be working your way towards gathering the million starbits you'd need :D
Thank you! The problem with the 1 hour Mission, Is that It requires 125 fans, which i never reached with drunk fans
Getting at least one Rare 'people' card with 100-150 Fans could be a good idea which would give you the ability to do higher missions with better rewards without having to rely on drunks.
Fans are super important early on!
Should get instruments too? People say to buy cheap mic
Yea instruments are also essential later in the game when you're making more.
I'd recommend saving up for Rare instruments for cheaper luck, Epics and Legendaries are more expensive due to their rarity, and Common instruments are, again, more expensive because they count as 1 card and affect the ranking leaderboard, so they're not the cheapest option out there.
Regardless of the type of instrument you're investing into, get the Rare as they have the most value. You can check RSGFam for a breakdown and comparison between all instruments and the cheap ones.
Got it thanks!
