Hi, what's this about a backup account? Oh, it sounds like something you have to do. Explain it to me. Please.

Recovery accounts on Hive are accounts that can help recover your account if your account gets hacked. Meaning you still need to know the owner key (or password), to trigger the process, but will allow you account to be recovered (aka, the recovery account to provide you, the real owner, a new owner key).
People can set their recovery account, here (for example): https://peakd.com/@<your_account>/permissions (and then go into "RECOVERY ACCOUNT tab")
There are other tools...
Changing the recovery account takes 30 days. This is for security reasons obviously.
Hi, it says page not found.
A friend on Hive wanted to change her passwords, and it seems her signal went out while she was doing it or the power went out for a short time, and she lost her account and couldn't get it back.
You need to replace your account... like this...

What is her account please, for me to check.

@forykw Hello, my previous account is @sarix,
and I would really like to recover it. I still have my old passwords.
But nothing works.
I hope the platform will allow me to use that advanced technology.
My Telegram is ROBOTGIRL2024.
Checking things now...
Let me know if you need some assistance buddy 💯
If you have your old password, it should be fine. That account does not look like it changed keys, so whatever you had previously, it should work.
It works for me, but only once, which I find strange, and people encourage me to try again, but nothing happens.

What works only once? Can you please describe exactly what you do?
@forykw/re The key chain opens with a single key. Could you please help me?
Write to me on Telegram.
I have! It will come from @forkyishere ...
I already answered you in a telegram. @forkvishere
I have replied to you. Let's see what you have. I don't think you lost anything, as long as you have your original stuff. It might just be something on the app you have incorrectly configured.
But let's see. First, let's see if you see your public keys on the Hive Keychain.
