Are there people in your life that have to demonstrate that you are clearly inferior with every breath?
Their sanity is wrapped up in a illusion that we are not all one, equally.
They force this 'reality' onto others, whether said others wants to deal with that, or not.
I just shake my head and get reminded that were they actually superior they wouldn't live in such fear of it being exposed that aren't superior to everyone in the room.
I mean, I've set the bar pretty low.
Not too hard to be superior to someone that has an idea of the vast amount of knowledge created since reading and writing were allowed into the manufactured reality of the masses, someone that recognizes that they don't know a tiny fraction of what is out there to be known.
I try to let people think what they think.
It is, after all, their world.
They have to order how they see fit.
Not up to me to direct them.
Not on me to correct their mistakes.
Doing that skews the test we are taking, iyam.
But, can I get that in return?
Not most days.
Control freaks gotta control.
It's just the nature of authoritarians.

It just shows how inferior they are... so insecure that they have to try to prove otherwise, every chance they get. I usually leave them be since they're doing no harm to me, but if it gets in my way, I'd make sure to make them realize...
Yes, a superior person diminishes their superiority by having to prove it, imo.
Were they actually superior, it would be obvious, and not require proof.
This belies their knowledge that they are, in fact, not superior, and must force this superiority claim onto others, if they want said others to recognize their claimed superiority.
Rule by force invalidates an opinion.
If the opinion is superior, it will be seen as such by anybody that cares to examine it.
Or it won't.

Yes, our entire society is predicated on these people get to use violence on those people because reasons.
While the majority tolerates this, enslavement by those most willing to use violence is the only result possible.
People will have to overcome the fears that control them, and reject rule by force, if we are to actually have freedom.

But, man, I totally felt that enslavement part. Having been in a crappy country where the government rules over people by force... there are only two possible outcomes:
Either people embrace their fates and have it written for them by that ruling force, or they stand up to it. It takes immense courage and as you said violence will be used to contain that uprising, but there's no other way out when the language used is "violence" and "imposing fear"... man, I feel like we're gonna end up becoming freedom fighters or smthn... tho I don't dislike doing so, but I need it to be my only option and way for😅
We just need people to realize that controlling others through violence, and the threat of violence, is not a sustainable model.
Voluntary cooperation is the future, when we can free ourselves from this past.
I just try to cut those people out. Honestly, it's pretty easy for me because I happen to have the personality and the lifestyle for it.
I'm just gonna say a bit here about why my day isn't so humdrum - I'm about ready to go on vacation with 17 people and try to come back fully prepared to make this project my full time gig.
I've put a lot of time and effort towards this.

In alot of instances, I have come with people thinking they are superior because of perhaps where they are now and they want to try to make me inferior, but what I always use to comfort myself is I am big within
Everybody needs somebody to look down upon, sadly.
I find it easier to look at others as though they are superior so that I may learn from them rather than waste my time with ridiculing them, but other people have to do what they do.
