The amendment — proposed by Mac Thornberry (R-Texas) and Adam Smith (D-Wash.) and passed in the House last Friday afternoon — would effectively nullify the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948, which explicitly forbids information and psychological operations aimed at influencing U.S. public opinion.

Nearly everything you see on tv is now programming you.
It is very subtle how they do it.
Your consent has been engineered, likely you didn't even notice.
This engineering can be done overtly by presenting previously taboo subjects as now acceptable, your acquiescence, your not replying with outrage, allows it to slip by unappealed.
Now it is normal to see these things on tv.
Bodies are run through woodchippers, bones are displayed openly, hero cops solve all issues in 48 minutes or less, but god forbid that a nipple slip through.
If this isn't evidence of the wrong people being in charge of the programming, I don't know what is.
We can see wholesale slaughter in primetime, but love?, absolutely not one time.

I don't bother watching the news, always lies so there is literally no point.

In Mexico the cartels have taken over mainstream media outlets in the past. I don't know if the locals have ever done that even in small scale except in Acapulco. There sure did that in Iceland many years ago.

Programming it is, destroying people’s minds and they almost have now clue about it...
Sickening to see what is on tv, i tried the other day...to see such horror pain and torture is not good and a lot of the reason we are in this mess....fill their heads with destruction and they will act it out in subtle ways all day long.
