When I was a teenager, I ramped and rolled a car on mile marker #38 I40 westbound. I got out of the upside down car and drank the rest of my 12 pack waiting for the police to show up. The officer that came gave me 2 tickets, then a ride to a hotel and let me go< staggering drunk. I failed the sobriety test. The 38 on the firetruck made me think of that.
