My Actifit Report Card: August 10 2023

Hi to all my actifiters friends around the world,how are you doing with #move2earn with acitifit app today?
I am hoping that you are all healthy and doing more activity.

Today i want to share my daily activity, same as yesterday daily routine in the morning preparing son to school and stuff like that, after put them in school i back to home and doing morning walk. Today is sunny day, and i am happy that i know that my blood sugar normal and doing morning walk with happy and very enjoying the morning vibe.
After done morning walk i am working all day until time to pick up my boy. After that yeah we lunch together and then i am continuing my work, after done work i am teaching more words to my kid and teach my son to practice talking with new words. And then time to pick up my wife from school. Then we do shopping some groceries, and then we ordered food on delivery and then we eat dinner. After that i am playing splinterlands,terracore,and some NFT game until i am sleepy. After yawning a lot it is time to sleep.
