New Improvement | Act Of Gratitude #LOH 166

Greeting to everyone. How are you all doing. Happy new year to you all, may this year be filled with prosperity for you all.

For some hours now, have been looking back at what habit benefited me a lot last year, what lesson did I learnt throughout last year, what went well and went wrong for me, what do I hate doing, what altitude did my partner hate seeing me doing.

Through these thoughts, I want to develop what I would start doing to myself this year.

Last year was a beautiful year for me, no doubt about that, I got married and also joined Hive but I still noticed that I practice a different form of gratitude. It occurred to me that, there was a moment that I nearly spoiled the entire year, with my ungratefulness. There were some certain moment that When life or things wasn’t going the way I planned it, I always felt upset, annoyed, depressed and ungrateful.

During, Those moments when I felt overwhelmed by this ungrateful mindset, I discovered that it always affect me, my life, my marriage and people around me, even my health.

So this year I want it to be more of gratitude to God than last year. I want to challenges myself this year to always practice an act of gratitude to God at all times. I want to spend the entire year making sure that I'm grateful to God for everything, for both the good and the bad.

Gratitude to God is a good thing, it's something we all should practice always.

Hi @ashiru congratulations on your marriage union, may love and understanding always flow with your partner. Thank you for sharing your reflections and you know you are right and I share with you, negative thoughts subtract energy, limit everything in harmony and attunement. I think there are two key words that I always keep in mind and I apply them in my existence: attitude and learning (experience) that is to say that for a considerable time now in my dictionary the word problems does not exist.
