Receiving Valentine Gift | Ways To Express Love

Before I met this amazing woman in the middle of the year 2021, who later became my wife last year. I never knew what it felt like to receive material things as a gift on valentine's day. Before I met her, my family and friends were always there to shared with me a unique gift of love. So, whenever valentine's days is around the corner, I had nothing to worry about, even when I fully knew that I'm not going to receive materialistic gift from anybody.

While growing up, love as a gift has become the only gift I ever received on this special days. Love as a gift is something that can't be bought or earned, it can only be giving freely. Throughout those time the love I was receiving freely from my family and friends have been the only source of peace, happiness, comfort and joy in my life.

However, being someone that cherished giving gift to other people to appreciate and express my love to them. I never knew it was going to take me so long before I could received my first materialistic gift.

Nonetheless, It's happened two years ago, on valentine's days. I received a called from a driver that I had a waybill from my partner. Well, I thought it was the market that I helped people to order through her because she into online business. So I had to rushed down to meet the driver because He was already near. Only for me to get there to receive something different.

My partner sent me the first and the best perfect valentine's package, which include a wall frame, perfume, a mug, a key chain and cuff-links. A wall frame as a gift is a special gift which I personally love a lot because it's something that I'll had the chance to see on a daily basis. Seeing it bring back old memories, it helps to beautify my room and, anything I see the frame wherever I hang it, it always make me to remember my wife since she's the giver of the gift.

However, I feel the love, comfort and joy after receiving the gift. This valentine's gift is actually one of the things that makes our long distance relationship grow stronger and deeper before we later got married last year. Giving gift to someone you love play a lot of vital roles in our relationship, it helps the receiver to believe that the giver is also thinking about him/her, it make the receiver to feel appreciated and valued.

In addition to receiving a valentine's gift, it helps me to feel connected to the giver and also it helps to boost my self-esteem after received.

We should all value the act of giving gift to our love one's at all time.
