In my post yesterday, I talked about WOO's "Wheel of Fortune" at Bakkencon 2025. Well, in my opinion, if the prize wheel was the star attraction, the scavenger hunt was the "co main event". It wasn’t just about winning prizes — it was about turning BakkenCon into an adventure.

WOO gave out 100 scavenger hunt slips, and nearly half came back completed. Not bad for engagement at all I'll say! That’s 50 people running around the convention, checking boxes, completing tasks, and laughing their way through it all. That’s what fan engagement looks like.

How It Worked

• Scavenger Hunt Slips: Simple to follow, fun to do, and rewarding to complete.

• Three Bonus Spins: For those who finished, the reward was worth it — three extra spins at the prize wheel. Suddenly, the hunt wasn’t just fun, it was strategic.

I loved seeing how WOO blurred the lines between wrestling storytelling and real-life fan engagement. It’s proof that WOO isn’t just thinking about matches — they’re thinking about the full fan experience.

And honestly? If they bring the scavenger hunt concept into Wrestle Fest, I’ll be the first one running around like a kid again, that is, if I ever get a chance to attend in person! 🤣
