You could feel the energy in the air the moment you stepped onto the convention floor in Williston, North Dakota (that is if you were there 😜, which I wasn't, so I can only imagine). In my opinion, WOO didn’t just show up — they made a statement!

This was WOO’s second year at BakkenCon, and it just so happened to be BakkenCon’s second year too. Two rising forces crossing paths again, both growing stronger, both pulling more people into their orbit. And here’s the thing: this wasn’t just about a booth or selling a few T-shirts. No, this was the groundwork, the spark that’s setting the stage for HIVE Wrestle Fest 2026.

As a fan watching all this unfold, I couldn’t help but feel proud. WOO has been talking about building wrestling “block by block,” and here they were, boots on the ground, connecting with families, and making memories.

What Went Down at BakkenCon

• The Booth Setup: WOO came fully armed — gear, collectibles, and that glorious WOO Championship Belt. Fans lined up for photos, and you could see the smiles stretch across the convention floor. That belt isn’t just a prop; it’s a symbol. Holding it makes you feel like part of something bigger.

• The Local Connection: Williston doesn’t always get events like this. The community is hungry for family friendly entertainment, and WOO brought that spark.
