Breaking: Ferrari now accepting crypto payments

Great news from Ferrari

The Italian luxury car brand will start accepting crypto payments in the US. Reason is the growing demand by customers. This is huge news, guys! Crypto holders can now pay with BTC, ETH or USDT via Bitpay.

The company certainly did very well the past years without crypto payments (see chart below) but the future isn’t waiting. I think it’s a smart move since there are quite some crypto investors out there who want to show their success with a red sportscar from Italy. If that’s a good idea, well that’s another part of the story…

If it wasn’t a bear market currently this news would boost prices for sure, but it still shows, how deep adoption has sunken in. Other companies will follow step by step since more and more customers are adopting and owning cryptocurrencies. Ferrari said it wants to expand this payment option to Europe soon.
