The cloud and My Actifit Report Card: November 21 2023

Good morning my friends in the active community, how are you doing today?

Welcome to this lovely Wednesday morning, how is your day going? Is a pleasure to be with you this morning and to share my activities for the previous day which what Tuesday 21st November.

I didn't have many activities outside my house yesterday, but in my house there were lots of activities. After my workout, I took my bath and ate some food. Why eat, I remember that I have 8 clothes to wash 😳😳 hahaha, I don't have many clothes but the little I have, I love keeping them clean.

After laundry, I decided to make a post and some threads "micro-blogging" and attention to other related things which took me until 5 pm when I came of to take some lovely photographs of the sky and lucky for me, I saw an airplane ✈️ and I to a nice photo of it.

I stayed outside a little to enjoy some natural air before entering inside for my evening exercise. What I love about this actifit count is, that it has helped me to improve and I have given myself a target which no matter how lazy I may be that day, I must not go below my cutoff scores for the day.
