C - Coffee? P - Pulse? R - Relax?
Every 2 years it is required that i go back to CPR class to recertify for BLS (basic life support) as it is required of my workplace. This may be my official 6th, maybe 7th class since ive been working in healthcare. Im reminded of all the times ⏲️, that ive been in class, going over the rules of CPR, whether its 30 cycles and 2 breaths, whether its adult rules or infant rules. The situation of 1 person on scene or 2, so that someone can go call for 911 while I take care of the person. Its a little scary, not the class so much but just the possibility that i would have to do CPR if ever required, and ive been very lucky so far, because the situation has not arisen...thankfully.
Ive had many older patients, some with life threatening issues, and they are my patient for about 8 hours while they are at the sleep lab. 13 years later, and the lightning has not struck me yet.

For coffee....hehe. Maybe. Coffee does affect our cardio system. Im up slightly early today, didnt have work. My brain cannot sleep well at night anymore but im mostly rested. Anticipating my next moves as i prepare to go to the class. Its cool because a coworker asked me to join so we can both knock it out, and should make it more fun since ill be there with someone i know.

For Pulse? My pulse is mostly normal. Hows your body today. Hopefully not stressin too much. Life is crazy. Whats my place here on Hive. Ive never been good at posting and have only become more acquainted this past year or so even though i was dabbling with Steem in 2017 prior to the fork. Im glad for the people i have met here, the fun conversations, and the support that ive received.

Relax? Well, i cant now. Trying to get this post out. Get a meal going soon, and get a coffee going for my last picture on this post. Because its Cinnamon Cup Coffee baby. And i may actually drop a dab of cinnamon in there too, to honor the club of cool people.

I have done a couple of First Aid training with CPR a must to learn about. Like you I always wish not bad happens on site that will require me to give a person CPR, not sure how brave I am for that but because am nominated by the company I always go for it.

Coffee, Pulse, Relax sounds like a great mantra for life, but on a serious note, I am also CPR trained, but I'm super thankful that I've never had to utilize those skills... and knock on wood that I never will.

Man, its been a vape-less past month. I been tied to it for few years now tbh. Ninja coffee in a super Mario (Bowser) cup/mug. Lovely. I have not played any Mario game since months, but I loved it as a child. I do not remember its title, but I played some kind of 3D Mario on a console around 2005. Maybe a few years earlier than that, or later than that.
