Working on my Frame....both physically and mentally.
Its a mission to be a man in this world, and equally as tough for every person on this planet. Life is tough, its not easy. Unless youre a cat sitting on the window sill.
Being a man, cuz that's what i am, ive been absorbing information from smarter people. In order for me to progress, i have to stop here, and choose to improve, to have more purpose, to get to where i want to be.
Part of this challenge, is for me to continue lifting weights. Ive had a good routine past few months, but there is always room to amp it up. To spice it up a little. To build myself better, and to improve my confidence.
With a rise in confidence, i can get back out here, into the dating scene. Dating is life. Life is what you make it. If i expect girls to want me, i need to step up my game.
This is an old barbell, curl bar with 4 15lb weights, equalling about 60lbs or so. In kilograms, idk, maybe 120kg? Im doing just some shoulder/tricep press, going upwards and adding a squat as well.
Also, doing a lift upwards, like in my first picture, which is some bicep and back/trap.
Im no pro, but i will do some reps today in order to keep building, and just want to give a cheers to everyone out here in hive.

working out even when you do not want to is the key I think. I also think having a workout buddy has helped me the most. We keep each other honest in our workouts and give each other a hard time when we miss. I have been pretty consistent for the last year lifting weights.
