It is proportional. Just tried staking 77 HIVE and it gave me 4% extra mana 😆

Depends on your "already" staked HP and how much mana you have used from that HP.

That's true. Gained % of voting mana from the newly staked HIVE depends on 3 factors if I'm not mistaken.
Current HP, used mana and amount of newly staked HIVE.

Actually not too difficult to calculate, just not something I thought about before 😄
