A modest but solid effort today – 1,200 steps on the counter!

Nie zawsze trzeba bić rekordy, żeby coś się liczyło. Czasem wystarczy krótki spacer, żeby rozruszać ciało po długim dniu i przewietrzyć głowę.

Te 1200 kroków to może nie maraton, ale za to świadomy ruch, a każdy krok to krok w stronę lepszego samopoczucia.

Czasem dzień jest po prostu pełen innych wyzwań – praca, dom, obowiązki – ale ważne, żeby nie odpuścić zupełnie. Nawet krótki spacer z psem czy rundka po osiedlu to małe zwycięstwo.
