From image 1 to image 2, meaning from a street that looked like after WW2 to a street with freshly laid tarmac, there's a big difference. Things that should've have been done more than 20 years ago have finally happened. Thats how this country is, things get done in slow motion, 20-30 years late, and that if they ever get done.
