That is simply beautiful! It looks to be narrow gauge and do you know if it's wood or coal fired? I love the smell of either a wood fired steam engine or a coal fired engine. I might be weird, but I like the smell of coal smoke and the cinders that are in the smoke from the engine. Some years ago, we got the opportunity to ride the Chama New Mexico train which was coal fired. We worked our way up to the car directly behind the tender and took in all that glorious smoke! Yeah, I'm sure it's not healthy, but what an experience!
I have run a scale steam engine that was coal fired. Big enough to ride on but obviously not full sized. It was the best! I would love the opportunity to run a full sized steam engine, although I seriously doubt I will get to realize that dream.

There's more than one of this kind running in the north of the country, some use coal as well, but mostly wood which still is plentiful in this part. If you look closer at the photos, on the top left of the train(top right as you look at the photo) you can see the pile of wood ready to be burned. :)
