More local fails & Actifit August 6 2024
From the "local fails" series, it looks like the courier driver was in a hurry, but those fixing the road, not so much. I've been to a few countries and I've seen people working on roads multiple times, but I don't remember ever seeing anyone working this way when resurfacing or building a new road. Nothing amazes me anymore in this country, but still, this looks like such a stupid way of doing things.

Oops! I have only once in a while seen something similar here, but not as big as a man hole cover! I guess the driver might pay more attention and then there's the question of the road crew.......why did they leave it this way?

Neh, they always argue that it is someone else's fault for "forcing" them to do such things, this time they can say that it another crew who did the manholes and they didn't set the correct levels, and that crew can say that the engineer didn't provide them with the correct levels and so on...
Sounds like typical city workers…….
