It's coming & Actifit September 30 2024
Early signs of what's to come, this place is about 30 minutes away from the town where I live, and it's a bit higher up, at around 1000-1100 meters altitude. I know that at some point I'll be swearing and cursing having to do something outside and freezing my everything off, but I should be fine; the body gets used to almost any kind of weather quickly enough. I miss the snow, and these are the signs that winter is not far off. Weather 'specialists' predicted heavy snow for the end of this year, and I hope they are right this time. Summer is fine for a while, but it gets boring at some point...

I like the A-frame, beautiful building nestled in the mountains!!👍
Many of those A-frame buildings appeared in the area in the past 2-3 years, most of them are not inhabited by the owners, they are purposely built as a business, rented to tourists. All of them have a great view. :)

There is nothing like a lot of snow, a good fire in the wood stove or fireplace, a cup of coffee and time with a special someone or if not, a good book and of course, our pets!
It looks lovely, and I admit to looking forward to some of it in our neck of the woods!
