My First Gold Foil Card - Splinterlands Earth Focus Rewards

Hello my friends! I hope everyone is well and having a great weekend!

I'm writing this post about two days late as I couldn't get round to squeezing in the time to write about it but I had a nice end to the season and within a day into the new season I got my favourite Earth splinter focus again.

I have to say without a doubt Earth is my favourite splinter, I have the most enjoyment out of it and figuring out how to combat my opponents with specific cards or decks I see often, today I have another Earth Focus and I've already pushed my Season Chests up x14 and my Focus Rewards to x12!

Feeling pretty secure when using this Splinter, definitely need to find my grove with the others though!

So I finished off majority of my energy working towards this Focus challenge so the previous two-three days I've been letting it rest and recoup hahaha, I definitely feel Splinterlands should add a energy regeneration aspect to staked SPS quantities now they've ran out of a use-case (an idea from another user, can't remember who!)

Would help in the "I only play on one account" department.

Anyway, here are my rewards! With my first ever Gold Foil card from reward chests! Extremely happy with this pull even though its the most if not one of the most comment GFs to pull 😅

Nothing else really notable bar the GF Ever-Hungry Skull, lovely pull with a value of $0.48! Extremely happy with this reward chest, especially for the CP value, desperately need CP to push myself past the 5000 threshold for Bronze 1.

Watch out for the human traffickers at hivefest. You wont know it until its too late. STAY AWAY! Beware, traffickers can be women or men! They will act nice until they dont. Thanks Hoosie! Appreciate it, its a fun game to be honest, worth it in the long run 100% especially right now as they improved a lot of things recently, the spellbook which just unlocks the ability to earn DEC + rewards cost $10 and my account value in cards is $62 currently, the DEC added on is around another 30-40 Hive so if you can find the time to play/learn the game its definitely worth it!

I have to admit it is a little bit of a learning curve to figure out what cards are best in what situations etc which could take some time as finding guides for the low ranks is pretty hard to come by

Hi, sorry, I should have explained. I already have the spell book and have played it quite a bit (but only in the bronze league) - and since the new changes have come in I havent really touched it. I do find the grind is a bit too much at times - but I cant fault the earning side of it all - its quite incredible. I just need to understand the new reward mechanism and get on with it ! Cheers !

Thank you bro! I just caught up with that post you linked yesterday sorry for the delayed replies, that post was great insight though, can't believe how profitable bronze 2/1 is compared to silver3 lmao, I actually have the rating to push into silver 2 now I believe but theres not much point as I'd get my ass handed to me then drop into silver 1 and potentially out back into bronzes lol. I just drained majority of my energy again for my focus as I got earth again, had to pull out the mylor card once again! secured up 16 focuses which im proud of, perhaps learning wasn't so difficult after all. Appreciate all the help and advice you gave me too! any other splinter i suck in still though so earths are gonna carry me through another season or two lol

No problem for the delay, I know you already! ;)
It's exactly that. Right now I'm doing 2 silver chests a day (with shitty splinters though), I prefer 12-15 bronze chests!
Water is still OK, not as good as earth, but not a bad one. Fire I even had to rent the OP summoner, for poor results...
