I Crashed My Electric Scooter: The Finale

Alright, this will be the last post where I reference my scooter accident. It’s been almost a week since the accident (tomorrow makes it official), and my recovery has been going pretty well. Most of my scrapes have healed or aren’t as painful as they were. The mobility in my legs and arms is back to normal. My upper back and tailbone still feel pretty stiff and ache occasionally, but overall, recovery seems to be on track. So, by my next days off—Monday and Tuesday—I should be able to rest up and actually enjoy myself.

The scooter still works despite some damage to the plastic around the charging ports. Later in the year, I am considering on buying another scooter, probably after summer. I was thinking of getting another one around Thanksigiving. I dont need a new scooter, but if the minor damage turns out to be a bigger problem down the road, I want to be prepared and have a replacement immediately available.

We're getting closer to my move out date! So, if things go well next month, my current scooter will be saving me a bunch of money and will pay for itself. Considering the place where I'm moving to is around 3 miles farther, the price I pay for UBER would be MORE! So it's likely I would pay for it sooner than I realize. lol

I'll likely mention more stuff about the scooter in the future, but this ends the Electric Scooter Crash saga. lol
