I think the current situation in Bangladesh has some shortcomings from your perspective! Still, I think Bangladesh's pace of development is ahead of Pakistan and India!

I want a developed Bangladesh with a minimum income of more than $5000, which is currently around $3000.

Bangladesh is smaller than Pakistan and India, but its development is faster!
So, Many East Asians believe that Bangladesh will be more developed than Pakistan and India!
