As i encounter more fools as this attorney, i will expose them in public right here and refute their nonsene with Title VII. I have been trying to get representation for close to two years now, and 95% of them use the same baseless arguments and blanket statements. I am sick of them, and going forward i will expose all of them for the frauds they are.

Personally I am not a big fan of posting on Hive the full names of people IRL that users have had a dispute with. Mostly because I can imagine Hive still being around 100 years from now and that kind of information on the blockchain is essentially set in stone. It also doesn't seem fair if that other person doesn't have a Hive account to make a post with their side of the story. Unless it's something that's being reported in the media the experience can be described with just a first name and last name initial if a name needs to be included.
Generally when you get legal advice from a lawyer the lawyer will tell you what the law says and how it works. I can understand that your religious beliefs have changed and evolved over time but what that lawyer told you doesn't seem unreasonable. It sucks but if that's reality then that's what you have to go with. The lawyers on the opposing side probably would ask a lot of questions scrutinizing your religious claims. That's their job.
The American legal system is called "adversarial" for a reason.
Anyway, I am not a lawyer because I have a soul. If I ever lost my soul I'd probably specialize in intellectual property law and ask why God needs a copyright for his religious texts rather than the writings being public domain by default.
Yeah, i see what you mean. I am just sick and tired of these Attornies man. They are Prostitutes of the Corporations and have the same exact talking points that Contradict Law. I may have to represent myself in court because of these scumbag attornies working on behalf of these criminal Corporations.

Because i was telling him how his talking points were erroneous and was telling him what Title VII actually says. His answer to that is that Title VII doesn't say any of what i was saying. I am quoting the obvious things he denied in our Phone Conference. What he was saying was completely and 100% incorrect and fabricated. He either doesn't know Title VII or He is a prostitute of these criminal corporations. I can invite him to post on hive his side, but i highly doubt he would do it anyways, as he is well aware that i would tear him to shreds. He found out the hard way i am not a push over and started to double talk towards the end of our conversation. I am willing to take this fight to any of these criminals anytime and anywhere. I am not backing down ever!
