But what is it for?

Aha, something new. Called Slothbuzz. I'm not a native speaker so I look up sloth and think how the heck should this thing be buzzing? Ok, we got ourselves an oxymoron. Humor seems to be an important part here, at least I gathered that from the latest curation report. That one also tells me it is about "music, art, gaming and crypto".

So far I thought it was about a meme contest (not much else than that buzzing around) in the discord server. But as it turns out, there's also a tag #SLOTHBUZZ that goes with a token by the same name (from here on referred to by me as SB) and even a front-end.

I wanted to dip my toes in. But how? I could write something. Is writing some kind of art? I think it is. Sure, we can debate (please don't!) whether my contribution to this art is considered as such. But hey, I got the idea that this might be the place I was looking for, to post those "oh, something crazy/wild/annoying happened to me and I have to write about it" ramblings in, that fit nowhere else.

It will also be an interesting experiment. I will not buy any SB tokens but gather and stake all the ones I can get. This is still a (relatively) new project and not many tokens in circulation. Right now they are trading at around 1 HIVE. Very curious, where that one will go.

Back to topic (if there is one).

The meme contest is going well. Not much competition, I got a few memes in reserve and Canva always open. Whenever inspiration strikes me I can just slap something together and save it for later use. Some of them I make with pictures taken by myself, some with screenshots from movies/shows.

My feeling is this will be over within the next two weeks or go on for at least two years. Either way, it will be fun.

Well, my inner sloth has been overcome, I finally wrote this post. Yes, not much to it but it was fun writing it. So there is only one question left for the day:
