If you are a bitcoin holder, your intention is to breakthrough beyond $100k this year.
There are numerous analysts that have already predicted the price of bitcoin above $100k in the year 2022. In fact some of them predicted that by the middle of the year, there will be a surge in bitcoin.
Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak in his interview said, “I predict bitcoin to hit $100k before this year comes to an end”.

I began to think about what could make bitcoin hit $100,000 and understand some factors that could trigger that.
The interest in crypto is very high right now, people from developing countries and rural communities across the world are now having more information about crypto than before. The knowledge of crypto is circulating the world, both learned and unlearned are getting information about this crypto, and many of them are not scared of taking the risk to invest.
We all know who JP Morgan is, he predicted that bitcoin will reach $100,000 this year. I think we don't have any explanation about it.

There is a tendency that the price of bitcoin could rise to $100k if more companies join and more countries accept bitcoin. This will have huge impacts on crypto at large when more countries and companies accept it; The more they accept it, the higher the value. I think this might hike the price of bitcoin above $100k and More people will be using bitcoin for business directly and other things.
Problems can have adverse effects on crypto, just look at the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war. Bitcoin traded below 37k recently and experts believed that the Russia-Ukraine war was the major factor that caused it to trade below 37k.
The current circulation of bitcoin is not more than 20 million and minting of bitcoin will stop this year which will result in higher scarcity. Since the supply is fixed, only available quantities will be distributed which will not be enough. Hence, there will be limited supply of bitcoin, and high demand that will inflate the price above our expectation.

If long term bitcoin investors dump bitcoin for any reason then expect bitcoin to crash. Can this happen? Well! Anything can happen, if the countries that accept bitcoin for general use decide to place a ban on it; this will affect bitcoin and investors in those particular countries that may lead to a massive dump of BTC by investors and other bitcoin holders.

Bitcoin Regulation: this is one of the major factors that determine the rising and falling of bitcoin. With my little journey in crypto, I understand that wherever that government makes laws to favor bitcoin the price goes up; and wherever the laws are on the negative side the price comes down.
There are countries that do not accept bitcoin and there are countries that want to regulate how bitcoin flows in their countries. Regulation of bitcoin from different countries is not the same which has a positive and adverse effect on bitcoin price.

CONCLUSION
Bitcoin has come and stayed with us. In my perception, bitcoin will continue growing higher because there will be more acceptance of this digital currency from investors, corporations and countries across the world.
My advice is that you should just keep investing in crypto because we are in the era of digital currency and expect the pumping.
