You don't feel constant speed. Next time you come to class on the short bus as it is going at a constant speed, drop your teddy bear. Notice how Mr. Cuddles doesn't just fly backward at the same speed as the short bus.

Also, rotation is not measured in kilometers per hour. It's degrees or radians.
