Renting vs Buying A House in Rural Area or Urban Area: Which One Is Better & Why?

It's a hectic sunday guys coz we're Moving today in our rented house in a new town leaving own house behind.

Why would someone leave own house and move to a rented one?

And so, does it makes Renting a house better option in this expensive era?

Let's not make conclusions too early and start with unfolding the whole story & My point of view regarding this big decision we take in life.

Buying or Owning a House in rural Area

In this expensive era people are saving money and know the situation. almost every person who don't own house their dream is to buy a house.

Now because of hikes some prefer to rent a house in city side and those who can still afford buy
house in city (urban) side meanwhile some go for rural areas where properties aren't that expensive yet.

Or the second situation is mostly people in my region owns a land by their Grandparents and owners being changed from one generation to another. Kinda make sense to say it's something traditional.

The Silent Protector 02102022224638.jpg
From my personal experience benefits of buying a house in rural area is living off life in a Good style even in this inflated era is something possible.

After the pandemic when my mom knew the silent storm (inflation) is coming and some other reasons is why we moved to house we built in rural area.

The electricity bills are something way cheaper like 1 Dollar Bill of electricity for 30 days was the last time I paid in September.

Is it that hard to believe? Wait a second, lemme show you
All Right Gentlemen 02102022230424.jpg
The proof is attached in the meme clearly can see the benefit of buying a house in rural and living off peacefully without getting hurt by inflation.

The landscapes or scenery from house in rural is breathtaking. Natural resources like clean and pure water is running nonstop from the wells or storages consume like no extra charge by government.

Even people are nice and Gas is cheap except groceries are quite expensive as compared to urban areas because of bringing those from urban to rural area cost fuel.

So, these are the benefits that makes buying house in rural side is better than buying or renting house in urban (city) side.

Renting a House in Urban Area when you can't afford to buy

Today we moved to a new house on a rent leaving own house behind in rural area.

The reason behind this is doing my higher education which was not possible in rural side.

Facilities like Good hospital, higher education lacks in rural side so that's why it was necessary to move back in urban area in a rented house.

Lack of Money to buy a House then only option left is Renting a house for a student like me and dreaming to own or buy a house in city will be the dream Goal.

It's totally Fine to Go for living in a rented house in urban areas as it will make stronger or responsible person in life.

paying rent on Time to owner of house Will make you well discipline and won't let you get distracted from work or responsibilities.

House owner will have to bear expenses of all kind of house maintenance. I won't have to pay tax of house to government.

So, These few reasons are only Good thing I have experienced in rented place and believe me the other side of renting house is too dark.

The Dark side of Renting a House
Living in a rented house will always make you feel insecure or won't Give total Freedom.

Peace of mind will be stolen by the owner of house like stress of paying rent on time or else this will happen

What The Hell Are You Death 03102022002542.jpg
There's always a contract when we come to live on rent and if owner finds we are not paying on time because of other expenses or delays from company there comes a time when he will say to find a new house.

Rent house increase your expenses more and it makes thing's difficult to save money.

Conclusions: Reached to a conclusion where I won't nor anyone else will sacrifice Freedom or mental peace living in a rented home.

Everyone should have a own house where they can do things what they like freely where no one will knock the door to pay rent.

So, it depends on financial condition mine is not in state of buying a house but having a roof was necessary that's why now living in a rented house.

In the end, this depend on different circumstances life can be spent peacefully and cheaper having a house in rural area and on the other side in urban area it will make strong enough going through challenges to flip the coin one day by working on Goals and achieving the dream of buying a house.

As you have said it depends on the situation that surrounds us, but mental health should be considered first.

You have well spoken.

Wish all the best in your new apartment

It is always good to have your own house because, as you indicate, it helps in mental health, although currently with the inflation of currencies that exists, the most common thing is to rent, but I did not know that living in a rural area was so cheap, really, with your information I have was amazed at the price, thanks for letting us know

I still remember when I was listening to people saying life in rural is cheap like years before I hadn't believed but ever since lived there it's like amazing.

I think at the end of the day, renting or owning depends on the situation. Even if it makes sense in one country, the same might not hold true in another 😜. Gotta do the math to find out which offers the best cost:reward ratio. 🤑 !PIZZA 🍕

We also came from a rural area. Was forced to move to an urban because of our educational needs. Now, we decided to stay because of the availability of more jobs (and higher pay) in here. 😊

Good luck to your education and hope that you will like your stay in the urban area.

Yes, it's better to own your own dwelling, for the reason you have said. I am quite lucky because I've always owned all my homes. However, not everyone is a homeowner, and not everyone who can afford it want to own their homes. Although it may not be ideal, renting does have its advantages, too. For some people renting might make more sense for their financial circumstances. For one thing you don't to pay maintenance costs or repair bills. You don't pay property taxes! The others prefer renting because they have access to swimming pools are the gym which can be a huge savings. It offers you more flexibility where you want to live... and other reasons.
