My Actifit Report Card: July 27 2025

A not so good start of the day. Mom health deteriorated and had to be admitted to the hospital.

Had been in the hospital till evening, walking around in the corridor in instalments.

After returning home and taking a bit of rest, added remaining steps walking in the common balcony.

Completing 5000+ steps for the day.
