What is INDEED (IDD)?
INDEED (IDD) is more than just a token; it's a community-driven project aimed at fostering positive interactions and content curation on Hive. By invoking the simple !INDEED command, users can send and receive tips in the form of IDD tokens. But here’s the twist: not only does the recipient get rewarded, but the invoker does too! That’s right, everyone wins—because who doesn’t love a good win-win scenario?
Why INDEED?
We live in an age where digital interaction is key, and tipping has become an integral part of how we express our appreciation online. The INDEED token takes this concept to the next level by ensuring that both the giver and the receiver of a tip benefit, creating a more dynamic and engaged community.
How the INDEED Tipping Bot Works
The INDEED tipping bot is the star of the show. Here’s a quick rundown of how it operates:
- Command:
!INDEED - Recipient Reward: 1 IDD token
- Invoker Reward: 0.2 IDD token
Simply drop the !INDEED command in the comments of any post or reply you agree with, and watch as both you and the content creator receive IDD token. It’s quick, easy, and instantly gratifying.
And with a total supply of 1,000,000,000 IDD tokens, the distribution is designed to ensure long-term sustainability and growth.
What’s Next?
The public beta is just the beginning. We’re committed to expanding the INDEED ecosystem with features like staking, a miner token, and income generation mechanisms. Here’s a sneak peek of what’s coming down the pipeline:
Staking: Soon, you’ll be able to stake your IDD tokens to earn additional rewards. Whether it’s more IDD, Hive dividends, or other perks, staking will be a key component of our long-term strategy.
Miner Token: We’re also working on introducing a miner token, allowing users to passively mine IDD tokens and further integrate into the ecosystem.
Income Generation: As the project grows, we plan to implement income-sharing models that reward active participants and stakers.

!INDEED it used to say 1000IDD, but that was in the pre-beta testing phase. We've since adjusted the tiers and the max tips per tier as well. The @indeedly account's latest post has the new tiers in it ;-)

Yep, keeping track of how many tokens can be tipped to any one individual is certainly useful. We're updating the tipping tiers now, adding more, so things may still change at any particular tipping level. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

The DUO tipping token is currently so expensive (at about $0.20 each), and being required 500 staked DUO tokens just for 0.1 DUO tipped once a day is not that encouraging. 🤔
Nevertheless, DUO appears to be designed as a dividend token and curation token (and tipping is just a bonus). 🤓
