Splinterlands Art Contest Week 263! Blog Footer

I really wanted to join the Splinterlands weekly art contest, but the problem is that I'm not good at drawing. While reading the post, I noticed that aside from art drawings, you can also submit art like blog footers and dividers.

Hmmm... I can do that, and the fact that I also need a blog footer that I can use as an image link for my referral link, I think I can enter this contest.

So I was thinking about what kind of blog footer I should design. I like shapes that overlap, so I browsed Google for some inspiration. I want to use overlapping shapes as a template because inside those shapes, I can put images.

Here are my inspiration for my Blog Footer (I used the keywords "Overlapping shapes" and "Website Banner").

Materials:
Most of the materials that I will use come from the Splinterlands website, and I don't own any of them.

There are seven elements in Splinterlands, so I'm planning to feature a summoner representing each element. Here are the summoners that I will use for my Blog Footer. Here are the 7 summoners that I have picked.

Step 1:
Create seven overlapping shapes that will act as a frame for the summoners. Assign different colors to have an idea of how the shapes overlap each other. Move the shapes until you are satisfied.

Step 2:
Put a shadow effect on each shape, duplicate the layer of the shapes, color it black, and then add a Gaussian blur effect to it.

Step 3:
Add a frame outline to each shape to give more emphasis. Create it on another layer so that you can change the color later. I've made it a metallic color.

Step 4:
Insert the images of the summoners in between the shape layer and the frame outline layer, removing any excess outside the frame.

Step 5:
change the opacity of each summonerlayer to create an effect

Step 6:
Add the Splinterlands logo.

Step 7:
Add the text "Click Here To Play."

Finished.
