Splinterlands Art Contest Week 282! Boogeyman

Hello! Here I am again for the Splinterlands Weekly Art Challenge. For this contest, I thought of drawing Boogeyman, a Death Element with magic attacks and the ability to slow down opponents.

Perhaps Boogeyman has the ability to slow because he only has a speed of 1, which he uses to slow down his enemies.

So let's move on to how I drew it.

The first thing I did was sketch a rough outline. Once I completed the sketch, I thickened the outlines and darkened the areas that should be black.

Next, I indicated the base colors. I start with the base colors because from here, I'll decide what shading to use.

After finishing the base colors, I added shading. I use darker and lighter tones for shading.

After that, I created the background. I thought of making a swirl as the background, using a cloud brush for effect. Then I made the background black.
