Splinterlands No Attack Cards that are good as Tank

We usually favor a card because of its strong attack power, a thick layer of defense, or a large amount of life. Most of the time, we disregard cards that have no attack.

Before, instead of using them, I'll just use a card with an attack. Then, one time, I tried using a card with no attack as a tank, and to my surprise, it was somehow effective.

Here are some of the 'No attack Cards' that are good as tanks

Baakjira
This Water Element card is good to use as a tank, especially if you use Kelya Frendul to summon it. It has a Void Ability that reduces magic attacks and a Slow Ability that slows down its opponents. Paired with a healer and a repair card, this card will surely hold back your opponents.

Failed Summoner
I used to not like this Earth element card before, but since everyone is using magic attack cards, this card is very helpful in countering those magic attack cards with low health.

Pelacor Conjurer
This Life Element card is not only helpful during the Earthquake ruleset because of its flying ability, but it is also helpful as a tank, especially if you support it with a healer.

Almo Cambio
This Legendary Neutral Card has a health of 12 and a speed of 4. Paired with a good summoner and buff cards, this card is hard to defeat.

Riftwing
This card is popular for being a scavenger. I mostly use it as a tank when the ruleset is poison and little league.

Naga Brute
This Dragon Card with a void armor ability can really protect you with its 7-layer shield.

Times to use these cards as tanks

Keep Your Distance Ruleset
These cards are very helpful when the ruleset is 'Keep Your Distance,' especially when the mana cap is low. You can easily place them in the first position, and there will still be enough mana left for other cards.

When the opponent has a probability of using Mylor
We all know that Mylor grants the thorn ability, so instead of using a melee attack card, why not use a card that doesn't attack and back it up with powerful magic attack monsters.

When you have a card with 'Weapons Training Ability

Cards with the 'Weapons Training Ability' can give attack to cards with no attack. Using these cards as tanks and putting a card with the 'Weapons Trained Ability' will make these cards even harder to defeat.

Great article and some great card choices for tank. Chaos Agent can also be pretty strong with speed buffs in low mana when earth and life are not available.
