Fixing The Motorbike Leather Seat

Yesterday, the leather seat of my motorbike was torn. It has been too old. I did not feel comfortable with the seat and I decided to bring my motorcycle to leather seat workshop.

I went to the workshop in the evening when there was much traffic jam. Commuters were going home from their workplaces.

There were many choices of leathers. Some of them had characters on them. I asked the leather seat worker about the price. I chose the medium price. Charater-seats were around $10. I selected the black leather. It was not original leather but it was strong enough. The price was a half of the character-seats.

The worker started to unpacked the old leather seat. He did the work around 30 minutes. He looked profesional. He worked fast with the stapler. He cut the leather quickly to make a nice installment on the seat.

While waiting, I enjoyed seeing the traffic jam. There is always traffic jam in the rush our. 5-7 o'clock in the evening is the rush hour. Thousands of motorbikes and cars flocked to the street.

The line of vehicles could be 500 metters. People have been accustomed to the situation. If you are in Bekasi and Jakarta, you should be ready to be stucked in a traffic jam for hours. It can be stressful but what people can do. They experience this situation everyday.

In the evening, there are may temporary street food vendors that open their stalls on side of streets. Those stalls also cause more traffic jam. Commuters like to stop on food stalls before they arrive home. They eat dinner or take away the food.

Now, my motorbike leather seat has been good looking again. The leather is quiete strong. I hope it will last for long time. Thanks for dropping by.
