If you visit Indonesia, you will see some riders break the rules. The situation is common. The police officers are also reluctant to make a deal with the riders.
When I watch some stop-oil activists who protest blocking the road, I am angry because the riders can do anything with the protesters. The protesters may be protected by the law.
In Indonesia, protesters who disturb public facilities are not allowed. The police officers will stop the protesters. If not, the riders will be angry. There can be chaos on the streets between protesters and riders.
There are only a few people on the street, and the riders seem to have no power to get rid of them.

In my opinion, although the protesters are protected by the law in Indonesia, when they do the same things as in the West, the masses will be angry. The masses will get rid of them even though they break the law.
