Topeng Monyet - Busking With Masking Monkey

In Indonesia, there is an informal profession. It is called "Topeng Monyet". Topeng means a mask and monyet means a monkey. Topeng monyet is a kind of busking activity with the acrobatic attractions of trained monkey..
This job is informal. It is not registered as an income source in the labor department in Indonesia. There are only a few people who do this rare job.
When busking, there are usually two people. One person hit the drum and the other gives instructions to the monkey to do some attractions. (A boy is hitting a drum)
The monkey will follow the instructions to do some amusing act while the music is being played. The monkey is able to walk on sticks, ride a bike, wear a mask and other attractive acrobatic actions.

Kids will gather around to see the monkey. The loud drum's sound is like a call that makes more kids come. Some kids will voluntarily give a little money to the buskers.

Some kids will be entertained by the attraction of Topeng Monyet. The show will last around 15 to 30 minutes. After that, the Topeng Monyet buskers will leave and find other locations where there are a lot of kids. They walk for miles every day
The monkey is trained. The buskers may give sweet bananas to the monkey after they finish busking.
