But people who are respected, especially those who are high-ranking officials, or directors of a company, or owners of a company, always receive respect from their subordinates, many times they get very angry if they do not respect them, and even try to exercise their power over their subordinates, getting respect seems like a very small thing to them.

If these high-ranking officials behave well, then everyone respects them, respects them in front of them and speaks respectfully to them even in their absence. Whether a person is high or low, everyone should respect other people, talk to all people with every person, because those who respect other people will get respect from other people, those who know how to respect are respected, if we respect other people, then other people will respect us in front of us and when we are absent, they will discuss our good qualities.

First of all, we have to make ourselves a subject of respect, we have to make ourselves in such a way that everyone respects us, and we have to respect everyone, because respect gives us respect, those who are truly good people know how to respect all other people, they never create differences between people, they do not consider the work of any person small, but rather respect everyone.
