Jungle Justice: Today's Experience With Angry Mob

Today was another day to remember as I experienced jungle justice, believe me, it was never a funny experience, it's been a while I saw an armed robber being treated this way.

I wokeup and prepared for work, when I finally got to work, I saw a lot of people gathering and as the caretaker of the premises, I had to go check what was going on, I couldn't get what was happening because there were much people and I am a brief person.

When I managed to get the full gist, I was told by the angry mob that the man has been a pain on the community's neck by snatching people's purses and gadgets at night. So why he was beaten that much was because he snatched one of the stylist phone the previous night and he was being lured by some spies and was captured today.

He was beaten mercilessly by the angry mobs. At some point, he was almost burnt to death, this is the height of jungle justice because the youths were really angry.

He was on his pool of blood, I was also told he had raped an underage girl and left the girl bleeding then was arrested and he faced jail term without compensation to the victim nor the family. This really grieved my heart that I almost never had a single pity for him.

There is another testament of him raping some school girls on their way back from extra moral classes and one of them has to undergo a surgery to tighten back the private part, this was really tragic and I wonder why the police still allow such a threat to society peace to walk freely.

After some times, he was rescued by members of the police force then a kekenapep was boarded for him where he was taken to the police station for further investigation.

When he was being taken away, I had to leave the scene, but then, the incident still made me cringe and I couldn't just go an hour without thinking of the incident. I only pray justice prevail at the end.
