The "Win" That Feels Like a Slap 🤦‍♂️

Am I the only one tired of Republicans hyping “no tax on tips” and “no tax on overtime” like it’s some historic miracle?

It’s 2025. We’re out here grinding 40+ hours a week or working two jobs just to stay afloat. And for all the hype, my paycheck looks EXACTLY the same. Taxes still snatched out like always.

Their “big idea”? You might get that break next year… on your 2025 tax return… in April 2026. Not today. Not tomorrow. Just another “we’ll get back to you.”

Don’t hand me crumbs and call it a feast.

Meanwhile, you ever notice millionaires and mega-companies don’t play by these rules?

They’re not waiting on hope and refunds. Their tax breaks hit immediately quarterly payments drop, cash flow jumps,deductions kick in the second they qualify. R&D? Deducted today. New building or equipment? Written off upfront.

They get the red carpet; we get IOUs.

We’re basically giving the government an interest-free loan from our paychecks while the big players cash out instantly.

This whole game is rigged 🤦‍♂️
