Another day, another Actifit report.

Did a lot of walking today. Was raining out so we took to the mall to do some shopping. Needed quote a few things for myself but came home with nothing. The shops have such trashy clothes for females plus coupled with shopping with a 4 year I got nothing for me. But knocked off a few of the bigger things on my list! Such is life... Also found this funny meme today, thought I would share!

Hey Steve! Thanks for checking in. It was just tremors, not a full-blown earthquake, and more up country in a different province. We didn't feel anything in cape town. But still unnerving, as we are not a country prone to earthquakes!

Well we can get some quakes here too, but I've never felt one. The planet likes to remind us that we are not that powerful really.
